As many of my readers know, I’ve been writing eschatology (End Times theology) for many years (since the late 1990s). And for much of that time, I’ve been writing about the Warning of Garabandal. Some children, in the 1960s, received visions of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and she spoke of certain future events: the Warning, the Miracle, and the Chastisement. In my eschatology, I’ve not only interpreted those events, according to my own understanding and opinion, which is fallible, but I’ve also attempted to determine the dates of those events.
Please note that in my past writings, I’ve been wrong many times about the dating of the Warning and Miracle (and other early events in the End Times (also called the tribulation).
This year, 2023, is a possible and I would say likely year for the Warning and Miracle, and subsequently for the start of the End Times the same year. If that is correct, then according to my eschatology, the Warning will be this Good Friday, April 7th.
In my research and writings on Biblical chronology (“Important Dates in the Lives of Jesus and Mary”), April 7th is the true date of the Crucifixion, and April 9th is the true date of the Resurrection. So this year would be particularly fitting for the Warning.
The Warning is an event occurring worldwide all at the same time, in which each person finds themselves alone before their conscience, illuminated by the grace of God. They are shown only the sins still on their conscience. They are not given objective knowledge from God on right and wrong. They are not shown their soul as God sees it. The Warning is not a “mini-judgement” and does not show each person all the good and bad they have done in their lives. The Warning calls the world to repentance, prior to the start of the End Times later that year.
Many persons have written about the prophecies given by the Virgin Mary through the children (who are now adults) at Garabandal. Many of my predictions about the Warning are unique to my writings, so you should understand that these are my opinions, not explicitly stated at Garabandal, nor by the visionaries there.
The Consolation is an event that I’ve concluded will happen on Easter Sunday, two days after the Warning. This is uniquely my prediction, not stated by any of the visionaries or other commentators. (I’m emphasizing this point because some “authors” have in the past plagiarized my work, putting their own name on my predictions and commentary.) The Consolation consoles all those who repented, in response to the Warning.
The Miracle is an event which, according to the visionaries of Garabandal, will place a permanent miraculous sign at Garabandal and will miraculously heal all those who will be present at that event. The Miracle occurs on the date of the feast of a young martyr of the Eucharist.
I have uniquely concluded that the Miracle will include permanent miraculous signs at places of true Marian apparitions throughout the world, and that the miraculous healings will occur not only at those places, but throughout the whole world. However, not everyone will be healed, so do your best to repent at the Warning and to seek to avoid grave sin and to do the will of God.
I believe that “the Chastisement” is a reference to the subsequent sufferings of the first part of the End Times (the first part of the tribulation).

With the race towards WW3, I don’t know what more has to happen first for the Great Warning to happen. If it is meant to stop the full blown WW3 at all.
The latest we have is Putin being charged by ICC with war crimes. In practical terms that effectively cancels any meaningful negotiation, unless he agrees to trade his personal future with a full withdrawal from Ukraine. Some dictators might have agreed, was it the former Sudanese dictator. I don’t think this is realistic to expect at this point from the leader who has 5,000 nukes at his finger, and who is surrounded by even more hawkish personages, although history knows dramatic turns. On contrary, there are scheduled Russian submarine multiple launches off the US West coast, with the exact date unknown. If we assume for the moment the worst scenario, that could be the date of the nuclear war.
What else should we wait first for the Warning to happen? The pope to go to Moscow? He wanted to go repeatedly, and he visited ex-Soviet places including the Russian embassy, and met with the Russian patriarch and president. Is the formal stepping down in Moscow what stops the Divine plan from fulfillment? I thought the Warning had a preset date. As the Medjugorje secrets had. The number of popes who served since then, reached the number predicted in Garabandal. The Holy Mass was cancelled for the great part of the people during to the pandemic. The communism changed face since then too (that is a separate topic).
One may want a literal fulfillment, but will we live so long? it is said the visionaries of major apparitions will be alive when that all happens, however they started dying one after another. Human life has its limitations. And God knows that perfectly being the Master of the Life. He knows when He gives a true apparition, what time is allotted for it. And even He knows whether or not the people will covert on time to prevent a disaster. Obviously, now the people are less converted than in the time of Fatima, Akita, Garabandal, others. And I don’t mean just the sins of the flesh, but the total sinfulness of humanity that includes impoverishment of large parts of the 8 bln people created in God’s image. We often forget that even in the Catholic Church the majority live in third world countries in poverty…but why looking at third world countries, look at the streets of Paris that already burn. Either the Great Warning will happen this Holy Season, or we get a nuclear war beforehand, although not a full blown WW3.
Ron what do you think about Fr Malachy Martin and his claim that he read the third secret of Fatima,he claims it involves Russia and Ukraine that will be the trigger for the secrets could he be right
I don’t agree with the theory that the secret of Fatima was not released. Then-Cardinal Ratzinger released the secret of Fatima in 2000 A.D. with the permission or at the direction of Pope Saint John Paul II. Sister Lucy confirmed that this was the secret. Claims to the contrary inherently accuse those three persons of lies or deception.
Ron, I believe this is a very appropriate time for the Warning. Everything has been revealed, and everything is in place. The passing of Pope Benedict the proposed visit of Pope Francis to Moscow, Russia’s ongoing aggression and the timing of the Synod are all in close proximity. It seems unlikely to me that events will align again any more clearly. Also as you have pointed out the vigil of Blessed Imelda Lambertini’s death is on a Thursday, which would be an appropriate time for the Miracle. If it doesn’t occur then maybe we will descend into some horrific conflict which will require the Warning to bring to an end.
The human race has lived through so many horrendous events in the past one hundred years. At the same time, so much relentless change, societal upheaval, scientific advances, incredible population increases, so much for the human race to absorb and process. I think it would be the greatest act of mercy for God to give humanity, in the midst of so much distraction and secularism, the clearest indication of his existence and his love. I am hoping for the Warning and Miracle very soon, before there is some horrendous loss of life and faith, because we all know our capacity and the likelihood of inflicting this damage is growing by the day. If we reject this great act of mercy, then we have made the most informed decision of all history and God’s justice may amount in part, to leaving us to ourselves before he reclaims the day.

History has proven over and over again that virtuous governments/nations come and go. There have been many reasons for their decline but I believe the overriding factor
appears to be the overwhelming grab of power to supplant their own beliefs over law and order.
Once the power over people(s) has been ascertained, all virtues are lost thus culminating in chaos. There cannot be any more dialogue between right or wrong since the powers to be squash any deliberation of thought. The suppression of any dialogue cannot be reversed in normal recourse except for war and/or revolution.
Societies have the hardest time in reversing course since they have been entrenched with governing personnel contrary to the thought of inalienable rights.
It is very easy to see that the USA is becoming more and more of a police state. I mention this not to denigrate the USA but to show how easy it is for a society to change for the worse. Changes of this magnitude happens over several generations and a reversal takes many generations. Once the suppression of religious freedoms and inalienable rights are obtained, citizens lose faith and become silent.
Seeing all this for the past 70 years or so, I can easily see the holy scriptures being fulfilled over the next 400 years. Once the Warning, Miracle and wars occur – I can see this generation turning to prayer but the following generations succumb to the powers to be. Prayer is a powerful gift but our free will must adhere to the teachings
of our Almighty God.
I also believe the upcoming Warning and Miracle are gifts from God for all individual souls. It is not meant to suppress upcoming wars and change the world landscape. Societies will continue as a whole in committing atrocities.
The Warning and Miracle will not present itself to contradict the holy scriptures concerning the Tribulation, 10 kingdoms, 4 kingdoms, Anti-Christ etc…….
It’s sole purpose is for individuals to repent and pray to gain entry into heaven.

Should the Warming and Miracle happen this year, I am assuming we will know via the announcement at Medjugorje three days before Good Friday, April 7, 2023.
Thanks for your response in giving me your answer on why the Warning and Miracle will happen before the Tribulation. I now understand about the offering of these blessed events.
That means, the 10 day period of fasting for Mirjana and Fr Petar to start on 28 March and on Holy Tuesday Fr Petar to announce it? I want to believe this will be the case. However, we have the words of Marija in the fall of 2017 that she expected the Triumph in that same year 2017. Vicka’s 40 year prediction, and so on. I want and pray this Holy Week everything will start, but I let the option God has decided otherwise. With Medvedev’s avalanche of nuclear warnings, the other option is as clear as humanly can be. Yes tik tok generation doesn’t see it yet, but even they will be notified on their phones, or will they.
You are incorrect.
1) One of the visionaries confirmed that the warning will take place on an even numbered year.
2) Pope did not visit Moscow.
3) The synod is already ongoing and will come to an end in the Fall of 2024.
Nothing will happen this year, next year or the following year. Conchita is 74 and could live another 20 years.
We shall see.

I believe one topic not being discussed enough is the civil unrest to commence after the Warning and Miracle. For this post, I will generalize two (2) sets of citizens. On one hand, you have open-minded and the other you have closed-minded citizens.
The open-minded group desires an open dialogue and seeks to protect civil liberties.
The closed-minded group desires chaos towards dialogue. They want no reasonable conversation unless it appeals to their way of thinking. They go as far as persecution of people in attempting to quiet their voices. This closed-minded group is against law and order unless it benefits them.
I can easily see the closed-minded group persecuting the Jewish and Catholic faithful
after the Warning and Miracle.
This is where I believe the persecution of religious clergy, closing of churches and the
termination of the faithful will begin. Unfortunately, the civil unrest is initiated within its own borders and not from other countries. There is no doubt other countries will attempt to capitalize on the situation.
Civil unrest is the second of the four horsemen of the apocalypse:
1. World War 2
2. Civil unrest
3. Famine especially in wealthy nations
4. Death from a variety of causes, and the fear of death.
In my eschatology, I’ve also mentioned a persecution of Christians, immediately after the Warning, a persecution which will fail at that time.

Since we have civil unrest in our society today, I am assuming for civil unrest to be mentioned as the second horsemen of the apocalypse there will be a much higher degree of civil unrest then we have today. I can see the fallen/occupied territories in Europe by the Muslim Extremists having greater civil unrest where the Christian faithful are persecuted, Churches destroyed and Citizens of those territories hiding in fear of death.
As for the USA, I cannot see the Muslim Extremists carrying out their mission towards Christians in the same manner as Europe.
I wonder if the citizens of the USA will turn against each other in the name of Jesus Christ.
Could it be similar to the civil war in the 1860s’?
Will we see the Christian faithful be persecuted as in Europe?
Whatever might occur, it has to be much worse than we have today.
I think the Warning causes fear in sinners. Some respond as stated in the Bible:
[Isaiah]
{22:12} And in that day, the Lord, the God of hosts, will call to weeping and mourning, to baldness and the wearing of sackcloth.
{22:13} But behold: gladness and rejoicing, the killing of calves and the slaughter of rams, the eating of meat and the drinking of wine: “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we will die.”
They will be afraid, and when, not much later, World War 3 starts, there will be much civil unrest out of fear.
