update: Nothing announced yet from Medjugorje. At this point, it seems like the first secret of Medjugorje is perhaps not the Warning of Garabandal, or else this is not the year for either. We will know for certain on Good Friday. It is Lent and holy week, so prepare your souls nonetheless.
If the Warning of Garabandal is this year, 2022, will it be announced? In my understanding, the visionaries of Garabandal do not announce the Warning in advance. But, if the Warning is the same as the first secret of Medjugorje, as I have long said it is, the first secret will be announced three days before.
When? The Warning must occur on Good Friday, for reasons I’ve explained elsewhere. So three days before could be Tuesday or Wednesday. Ordinarily, Thursday would be considered one day before, Wednesday two days before, and Tuesday three days before. But we know that Jesus rose from the dead “on the third day”, having died on a Friday, He rose on a Sunday. So the Warning, if it is also the first secret, could be announced on Wednesday or Tuesday.
If the Warning is not the first secret, then it might not be announced at all. So we will not know for certain whether the Warning is this Good Friday until that day.

Ron I don’t think the warning can happen yet. Mari Loli said before the warning people would not be able to practice religion freely, the holy mass would be suppressed, and those that practiced would have to go into hiding. And priests would be martyred. I don’t think we have reached this level world wide, maybe in a few isolated places.
I think she was mistaken. Those events happen after the Warning, not before.

I will wait for the Warning this Good Friday, Its possible (probable – I do not know), that Mirjana has told Fr. Petar the first 2 secrets and Fr. Petar has relayed this information to the Vatican for spreading the word to the faithful. Why the Vatican would hold back this information is beyond my reasoning or it may choose to announce today or tomorrow.

There have been so many Q & A over the years with Mirjana, its hard to discern if all these interviews actually happened or are there persons on the internet creating these stories. I do remember reading: Mirjana hinting that the first 3 secrets are for her region and that the secrets
4,5 & 6 are personal where 7,8,9 & 10 are chastisements for the world . I still believe the Warning is probably going to happen this Good Friday without any possible announcement. I cannot reason why the Warning would come at a later date due to all of the current afflictions.
It is in the nature of private revelation that the recipient can misunderstand what they have been told. This was clear in the revelations to Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich in which she explicitly says that she does not quite remember this or that, and in her explanations of what she was told about the Jewish calendar, which are not quite right.
The secrets as given to different visionaries might not be each and all for the world. But I believe there are ten secrets for the world: The Warning, Consolation, Miracle, and then the Seven Seals.
Ron, I agree with your assertion the warning comes unannounced. In watching a YouTube video interview of Conchita (Garabandal seer) on The Late Late Show from the 80’s, she says the warning happens before the miracle. And that she would announce 8 days prior to the miracle. Not the warning. She concludes the miracle happens within the months of April & June.
I recommend all readers to fast today, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, regardless if the Warning occurs or not. Per our Lady of Medjugorje messages, Satan is attacking and trying to create division in marriages, families, individuals, and society. I’ve noticed tension in my sacramental marriage. As
Ron recommends, self-denial, mercy, forgiveness, humility, and much prayer. Even if you can’t pray long prayers, utter short prayers throughout the day. A simple Hail Mary prayer with the heart can calm the torments and dispel evil among us and all around us.
Ron have you any idea why the Vatican investigation into Medjugorje found that only something like the first four apparitions were deemed of supernatural origin,so what do that mean for the rest of the apparitions are they unsure just wondering if you can shed some light on it.
No official final determination has been given in the case of Medjugorje. Some investigators thought more highly of the initial messages, and not of the later ones — not specifically the first four as far as I know. People have always wondered why Mary would give messages for so long at Medjugorje, when apparitions typically are much more limited. But I believe in all the messages of Medjugorje. Still, these are private revelation, not to be treated as above Tradition, Scripture or Magisterium.

Since the Warning of Garabandal did not occur on Catholic Good Friday, April 15, I believe it is possible that the Warning of Garabandal may occur on Eastern Orthodox Church’s Good Friday, on April 22, 2022, as observed by the Russians and Ukraine orthodox churches. The war there is extremely horrific and evil as if all of Hell has been unleashed on Earth. I know this date would confuse Catholics but it may be God’s mysterious ways of first ending this terrible war and most importantly reconciling the Catholic and Orthodox Churches (under Roman Catholic rule) before other events start. We shall see.
Can you imagine how many Catholics there are worldwide, after confessing their mortal sins during Lent, will fall back to habitual mortal sins the day after Easter! The Warning on Orthodox Good Friday would then shock them to the core, especially Catholics that anticipated events to begin on April 15, but have given up and returned to a life of sin. Think about it!
I don’t think so, because the Catholic Church is the true Church, and God would not mislead everyone by putting that great event on a date in other Church’s calendar.

In 2023 and later in 2027, May 13th is a Thursday, so either of those years seems to fit, but 2027 seems much too late to me.
Even after Pope Francis consecrated humanity, Ukraine, and Russia, to Mary’s immaculate Heart, on March 25, 2022, today’s message from the Blessed Virgin Mary (Medjugorje), states that she is looking at us and she sees that we are lost. I am not saying that the Blessed Virgin Mary has failed to intercede and change humanity’s wicked ways overnight, but the World is so far gone and entrenched deep in mortal sin.
