Here is a link to the prayer of consecration by which Pope Francis and the Bishops of the world consecrated Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This prayer will have the effect stated by Mary, stopping Russia from devouring nations and from doing much harm in the world.
In my opinion, this consecration must be repeated for each generation, since a nation is primarily its people, more so than a nation is its land.
So I think, on the subject of speculative eschatology, that Russia will not be involved in World War 3, and neither will China — not in any substantial way, such as with troops, ships, tanks, or planes. But the West’s response to the invasion of Ukraine is going to cause Russia to refuse to be involved in World War 3. We could use their help against the enemy in that war, but they will not come to our aid due to our actions against them over Ukraine.
The consecration will have the effect of causing Russia to withdraw from Ukraine, but not until after Good Friday, when I think the Warning of Garabandal might occur.
The Pope consecrated humanity to the immaculate heart of Mary, but peace will not be given to the world until people repent. Some repentance results in some peace; fuller repentance results in a fuller peace. This one consecration cannot be expected to control all world events, as people have free will and are sinners.

The very same day, March 25th, Russia seems to scale back its war effort, declaring that the war’s first phase is over, and it will focus on “freeing” the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine.
Humanity is at a crossroad could this pertain to the Warning I wonder.
Yes, the consecration prepares for the Warning. Humanity has been consecrated to the immaculate heart of Mary, and then God calls everyone to repentance, and soon after the End Times begins.

Several of your past posts mention that 2023 could be a possible year of the Warning of Garabandal. Is there a possibility that the Warning may occur next year?
At this point, I don’t think so. Everything seems set up well for the Warning and Miracle:
* Covid-19
* Ukraine/Russia war
* Pope’s consecration of Russia
* prediction that the Pope will go to Russia just before the End Times begins
* the impending conservative schism in the Church
* civil unrest and increasingly brazen thefts and looting
* severe agricultural problems that will likely lead to famine

Just a couple thoughts.
Should Pope Francis not go to Russia prior to the miracle, I have a thought where the visitation by Pope Francis to the Russian embassy one day prior to the Russian invasion of Ukraine could possibly fulfill the prediction.
I also was reading about an interview with Mari Loli where she was quoted “When Russia unexpectedly and suddenly overrun and overwhelm a great part of the free world. God does not want this to happen so quickly. In any case the Warning will come when you see the Holy Mass cannot be celebrated freely anymore; then it will be that the world will most need the intervention of God”.
My thoughts are Ukraine and Covid.
No, I don’t agree. Several people have said this about the visit to the Russian embassy. But the way it is worded, it seems that the Pope will see the Miracle from wherever he is, and that he will visit Russia before the Miracle. So I think Pope Francis will be in Russia at the time of the Miracle on May 12th, 2022.
