Effect of the Warning of Garabandal on Ukraine

If the Warning of Garabandal is this year (2022), how might that event affect the invasion of Ukraine by Russia?

The Warning is an illumination of conscience; it does not show the person all the sins of their life. It is not a “mini-judgment”. If you commit a sin with a sincere but mistaken conscience, the Warning does not show you that sin. But you are not thereby proven to be in the right. If you commit an objectively moral act (a morally good act), mistakenly thinking it is objectively wrong, you have committed an actual sin, and that sin will be shown to you in the Warning. So the Warning ONLY illuminates the conscience and cannot be used to determine objective truths about the moral law. For that, you need the Church and Her teachings, and the natural law.

I expect that the Warning will end the War in Ukraine. Most Russian soldiers will no longer want to fight. The politicians will be at odds with one another in Russia, as some will have repented at the Warning and others will not. The nation of Russia, like all other nations, will respond to the Warning with fear and confusion, generally. However, holy persons will be in deep sorrow, with contrition, which is a bitter but holy experience for the soul; those who are holy and repentant will not be afraid or confused. However, the general response of the nation of Russia and of the politicians and soldiers will make it very likely that they will withdraw their troops. When a nation has an internal threat (or perceived threat), they tend to focus on their own nations, and become less interested in intervention in other nations.

If the Warning is in 2022, it will occur on Good Friday, April 15th, at 8:51 a.m. East Coast Time in the U.S. The event will occur everywhere in the world at the same moment, which will be different times on the clock for each time zone. So in the U.S. on the West Coast, it will occur at 5:51 a.m. on Good Friday.

From my book: The Secrets of Medjugorje and Garabandal

Time of Day: The same time that Jesus died on the Cross, which is about the ninth hour (cf. Mark 15:33) Jerusalem sun time, which is about 2:51 p.m. Israel Standard Time (IST). Since the Warning occurs everywhere at the same moment, the time on the clock will vary by time zone: 2:51 p.m. IST is 12:51 UTC (Universal Coordinated Time), which is 8:51 a.m. on the East coast of the United States (Eastern Daylight Time).

Notice for my End Times articles:
1. The End Times is divided into two parts: the first part is for this generation, then there is a long respite of a few hundred years, and finally the second part of the End Times occurs with the Return of Christ.
2. This first part of the End Times (or “tribulation”) does not include the Antichrist, nor the Return of Jesus Christ, nor the general Resurrection. Those things occur much later.
3. Do not believe what the news and entertainment industry says about the future, nor about religion. Do not listen to claimed prophets, visionaries, and the like, when they interpret current events or predict the future, especially when they are celebrated by the media. Do not listen to those who accuse any Pope or Ecumenical Council of grave errors or grave failings of faith. The Church will never fail or go astray. Never.
4. I anticipate that I and my writings on the future will be subject to distortions, lies, and false accusations. Do not believe that I wrote, or said, or predicted something unless the claim comes from my websites or my books, and is consistent with the rest of what I am writing and saying.
5. Please note that my predictions are speculative and fallible, and that my writings on the future have erred many times in the past. My eschatology is presented for the readers’ consideration, and should not be treated as certain or absolute.

{24:6} For you will hear of battles and rumors of battles. Take care not to be disturbed. For these things must be, but the end is not so soon.

  1. A C says:

Thanks for the info. Do you live in the Portuguese area of New England by chance?

    • Ron Conte says:

I don’t know what area that would be. But I live on Martha’s Vineyard, and there are people here whose families came from Portugal, a generation or two ago, and more recently people here from Brazil, who also speak Portuguese.
