The End Times or “tribulation” is divided into two parts:
* the first part of the tribulation
* the inter-tribulation period
* the second part of the tribulation
The first part of the tribulation begins in our generation, perhaps this year or next. Then there is a long space of time lasting a few hundred years, the inter-tribulation period. Finally, the second part of the tribulation occurs with the Antichrist and the return of Jesus Christ.
The first part of the tribulation follows this sequence of events.
The Warning, Consolation, and Miracle are three events predicted at Garabandal and Medjugorje.
The Warning or illumination of consciences occurs on Good Friday of a particular year (perhaps this year, or next). Each person is shown the sins still on their conscience. It is not a mini-judgment. People are not shown all the good and bad in their lives. People are not shown objective sins they have committed, which they did not realize were sins at the time. Persons will not be corrected for everything wrong they are doing in their lives. The illumination of conscience merely shows us what is on our conscience. If you repent of your sins and go to Confession, then those sins are no longer on your conscience. So it is not like the particular judgment at the end of each person’s life. But the Warning affects every human person on earth, good and bad.
The Consolation occurs on Easter Sunday, two days after the Warning. On that day, only those who repented from their sins at the Warning are given the Consolation, which relieves their grief at their sins and encourages them in goodness and holiness. The Warning and Miracle were predicted at Garabandal. The Consolation was not predicted anywhere; it is my understanding from Sacred Scripture and from the nature of the human person as soul, spirit, and body. The Warning is for the soul. The Consolation is for the spirit. The Miracle is for the body.
The Miracle occurs on the feast day of a young martyr of the Eucharist, whom I believe is Blessed Imelda Lambertini. Her feast day is May 13th, but she died on May 12th. So the Miracle might occur on the 12th or the 13th. In any case, the Miracle occurs on a Thursday. In 2021, May 13th is a Thursday; in 2022, May 12th is a Thursday.
The Miracle offers three gifts to the world:
1. miraculous healings of millions of persons all over the world (but not all will be healed)
2. permanent miraculous signs will be placed at the locations of true apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary around the world
3. unbelievers will convert
The same year as the Warning, Consolation, and Miracle, or perhaps the very next calendar year, will see the start of the first part of the tribulation. This lesser tribulation is described in the book of Revelation according to the Seven Seals. The first four Seals are the four horsemen of the apocalypse, which occur at the same time.
1. World War 3 in which the Muslim extremists attack the U.S. and conquer Europe and a vast territory. The U.S. will not be captured. The extremists will win the war and occupy and oppress Europe and other nations.
2. Severe civil unrest grips the whole world. There will be much violence, including violent protests and violent crimes.
3. Famine throughout the world, which will be more severe in wealthy nations.
4. Death from a variety of causes, including diseases, and the fear of death.
Those are the first four Seals and also the four horsemen of the apocalypse. After the War ends, the famine and civil unrest subside, as does the fourth affliction, death (so that deaths decrease to a normal rate).
After a few years, there is a massacre of Christians in the occupied territories. A new leader of the Islamic extremists will rise to power. He will demand that everyone in the occupied lands become Muslim or be put to death. Very many Christians will be killed. This massacre of Christians will occur about the same time as a new Ecumenical Council. This great martyrdom of Christians is the fifth Seal.
{6:9} And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw, under the altar, the souls of those who had been slain because of the Word of God and because of the testimony that they held.
{6:10} And they were crying out with a loud voice, saying: “How long, O Holy and True Lord, will you not judge and not vindicate our blood against those who dwell upon the earth?”
{6:11} And white robes were given to each of them. And they were told that they should rest for a brief time, until their fellow servants and their brothers, who were to be slain even as they were slain, would be completed.
The leaders of the Muslim extremists then threatens the free nations of the world with nuclear attacks if they also do not convert to Islam. He thinks to conquer the whole world, and force the whole world to be one Islamic kingdom. The free nations, led by the United States, refuse to comply, and an all-out nuclear war occurs, the sixth seal.
{6:12} And when he had opened the sixth seal, I saw, and behold, a great earthquake occurred. And the sun became black, like a haircloth sack, and the entire moon became like blood.
{6:13} And the stars from heaven fell upon the earth, just as when a fig tree, shaken by a great wind, drops its immature figs.
{6:14} And heaven receded, like a scroll being rolled up. And every mountain, and the islands, were moved from their places.
{6:15} And the kings of the earth, and the rulers, and the military leaders, and the wealthy, and the strong, and everyone, servant and free, hid themselves in caves and among the rocks of the mountains.
{6:16} And they said to the mountains and the rocks: “Fall over us and hide us from the face of the One sitting upon the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb.
{6:17} For the great day of their wrath has arrived. And who will be able to stand?”
The U.S. and Allies win World War 4, the nuclear war, but at great cost. A vast number of lives are lost. The extremists are conquered, even in their own nations. This war occurs in the mid 2030’s, ending about 2037 or so. The world is now in a state of great suffering, and yet they refuse to repent. So the sufferings become worse.
The Seventh Seal is opened, and the first six Trumpets of the Seventh Seal — a set of terrible events symbolized by this Seal and those Trumpets — occurs. These events occur from 2038 to 2040. Then in late March of 2040, the Three Days of Darkness occurs, killing a third of humanity. Another third will have been killed by all the other past afflictions of the first part of the tribulation.
Then there will be a time of 25 years of peace and rebuilding on earth. Afterward, the world gradually returns to its former sins and to worse sins, over the course of a few hundred years. Then the second part of the tribulation occurs with the reign of the Antichrist and the false prophet.

I thought Feast days were always the day the Saint died?
She died on the eve of the feast of the Ascension, so her feast was moved to that day, I think.
Ron, we may have different views on the long term schedule 200-300 or more years. But I agree with you that the start of the events is very soon, very likely to be this Lenten season, be it with the Great Warning (hope so) or another event.
I’d want to advice the American fellow Catholics to not assume to know everything in advance, to await the full information available on whatever events happen before drawing conclusions. There are indeed knowledgeable persons online who lecture us on preparedness everyday, I myself learned from them a lot although I do not agree with everything rather I use their knowledge for whatever they really know well. But no one knows everything. Not even the conservative Catholics who stockpiled with candles and food for the 3 days of darkness. They may well be dead by then if they do not use common sense and do not listen to those who might now better in any concrete situation. Malachi Martin clearly said that even the intelligent persons don’t have full understanding of what is to come.
Be ready for internet/power blackouts, as we see happening with Texas. Having redundancy of radio receivers and transmitters of all kind can only help, consider spending some dollars for that together with independent power sources (there are pretty cheap solutions on Amazon). You must also have Short Wave SW radio. In the past SW were present in every radio receiver. It is not so today when you have on most radios AM, FM, Weather channel in USA, but not the Short waves. What is the difference? All of the other waves will reach to you only if you have a working nearby transmitter antenna. While with SW you can catch transmissions from the other side of North America or from Europe. What happens if the blackout is total for let say the East Coast? EMP preparedness is also wise to have. Let it be over caution and redundancy! What do you lose? A hundred dollars that can let you know what happens when everyone else stays in dark and cold?
Even more important than technology is the psychological preparedness what you will do with the information that you will receive on Day X. Don’t say your religious life guarantees…no it does not. You may be very religious and righteous even a saint and still die because you fail to listen to the people who understand. (Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge). We assume as granted that the Great Warning will come FIRST and that we will be told directly by God what to do next. And what if it doesn’t happen in that way? The Russian FM Lavrov recently said “If you want peace, prepare for war” in a chilling warning towards a possible breakup with the EU. So, be ready for everything, get ready now!
Ron, if you allow me to list two cheap radios that I think are a must (better do exist of course)
1. NOAA Portable Solar/Hand Crank AM/FM (that also have) Shortwave & NOAA Weather Emergency Radio
+ Short Wave Antenna (increases dramatically the range)
2. if you want also to be able to give signal to others, to communicate or just signal your location on frequencies monitored in emergency, then you need a transmitter. Baofeng is pretty good, sure there are others better (choose a model compatible with portable charger). You will need some youtube lessons once you get the radio how to set it operational, for literally several hours you will be ready.
3. Power bank portable charger for the above and for your phone if internet is still working.
The point is, if we lose internet and/or electricity, we still keep being informed and act accordingly as God inspires us. If we just sit at home on candles,…well the three days of darkness are not tomorrow yes?
When I was reading all of that in prepper sites, I used to say: it is important to be spiritually healthy, to be OK with God, to have made the First Fridays and First Saturdays because the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart are the best refuges…I didn’t do anything like that before. And now I realize God wants to save us but He will not save us automatically unless we do our part that He already provided His grace for. And because everyone naturally takes care of the food (you should have at least 3-10 days and drinking water), I think the above is a must that is easily skipped by people who believe the spiritual is first (and it is!) Especially if you are in USA, there is a reason why the richest country in the world is singled out as a target of chastisements of all kind. Let it not happen at all and all that to be waste efforts! OK, I have said it, Oh Lord.
