Outcome One
If researchers find an effective treatment, which also works to greatly reduce risk of infection. The number and percent of cases which are severe falls, and the death rate decreases sharply. People are no longer afraid. Society returns to normal.
Outcome Two
If researchers find a vaccine, especially one that is in the form of a pill, and it is highly effective. The population is vaccinated. Case rate and death rates plummet. Society returns to normal.
Outcome Three
If no vaccine arrives soon and no treatment that is far more effective than current ones — more effective than hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin — then the virus simply rips through society, a vast number die. Then the survivors are mostly immune. Society transitions to a new and sad “normal”.
Outcome Four
The Coronavirus mutates years, like the flu, so that any vaccine will have to be redone each year. It might not even be possible to arrive at a vaccine and give it to the population before the virus has mutated again. And without an effective treatment, the virus will rip through the population, year after year, changing society severely for a long time.
Outcome Five
Miracle. The pandemic just ends. Thank God.

I don’t think a miracle is going to occur, since after all, God permitted this virus as a chastisement for the world.
I’ve been praying that God performs a miracle (not 3rd secret of Medjugorje) on Easter where there are no new cases or deaths reported starting that day and forward.
I hope for a miracle, but I rely on grace and providence.
Great Warning will occur, and we don’t know what it consists of, except of the letter A in Spanish (Asteroid, or Astro…) Why not to imagine that the angels who manifested themselves in the time of Jesus, including very physical assistance as to free Peter from the chains and transport Phillip to Azotus, will do similar visible and material assistance today, and will give cure for the coronavirus and other diseases?
Why should we assume the angels are always invisible, God’s help is always not direct, while the evil ones are always so material and hurting in real? Doesn’t that approach diminish the power of God and exalt the power of evil?
The angelic intervention will change the world as we know it. Maybe, the world will choose to repent and to avoid the Chastisement?
A stands for Angels, who will cause the bright light and loud sound which occurs moments before the supernatural event of the Warning — in whatever year that might be.
