Archbishop Jan Lenga called Pope Francis an ‘Usurper and Heretic,’ who is ‘Leading the World Astray’. Lenga claims that Benedict is still the Roman Pontiff — despite clear claims to the contrary by Benedict himself.
These public statements by Lenga are heretical and schismatic. He rejects the authority and teaching of the Roman Pontiff, which is schism. And he at least implicitly rejects the dogma of the indefectibility of the Church, which rests upon the unfailing faith of the Pope.
