Sometimes we need to heat things up, and other times we need to cool things down. But we can’t just accept the status quo, taking our temperature from the sinful secular society around us (i.e. being lukewarm).
{3:15} I know your works: that you are neither cold, nor hot. I wish that you were either cold or hot.
{3:16} But because you are lukewarm and are neither cold nor hot, I will begin to vomit you out of my mouth.
