If the Warning is this Year, it will occur on Good Friday. That point has always been my understanding. Then, if the Warning of Garabandal is the same as the first secret of Medjugorje, that first secret will be announced three days in advance. So Tuesday of Holy Week might see that announcement.

I remember Mirjana saying the first two secrets of Medjugorje are warnings that are local in nature.
They are global. She may be aware of local effects, and not every visionary was told every secret. Some may have been told only partially about one secret or another. But Medjugorje is for the whole world, so the 10 secrets are each global.

Garbandal not accepted. Then Medjugorje also same. Fatima accepted. Difference why?
Not sure why. I do know the Roman Catholic Church takes a very long time in deciding matters such as Garabandal and Medjugorje. I believe it took several hundred years for the Church to recognize the prophecy of St. Malachy concerning the 112 Popes. I also believe the Church has not released the full understanding of Fatima. The Church may possibly know of consequences doing harm to the Laity if all known facts are out there.
I am of the belief that we will all know shortly due to the prophecy of St. Malachy. There must be a valid reason for the prophecy to stop at Pope Francis. I know the Warning and Miracle is thought to be prior to the Lesser Tribulation but I do wonder we might be in the beginning stages of the Tribulation and as such the Warning and Miracle will happen when things are at its worst.
I believe that the last Pope on the list of St. Malachi is not Francis, but him and every subsequent Pope until the Return of Christ (hundreds of years from now). The reason is that we are entering a new time period: the first part of the tribulation (lesser tribulation), then a long respite, then the second part of the tribulation (greater tribulation). So the last Pope on the list represents Francis and all subsequent Popes.
I don’t feel the Warning is this Good Friday. I think things have to deteriorate to a critical extent before the Warning, such that everyone senses something dramatic needs to happen. It may be civil wars, or a dramatic climate emergency or geopolitical tensions but I don’t think things have reached that point yet. There may be some trigger after the conclusion of the Synod on Synodality with a period of decline leading to the Warning.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Should the Warning happen on this Good Friday then Father Petar and Mirjana are fasting together now (7 days prior to announcement).
Mirjana, one of the visionaries of Medjugorje, said: “Ten days before the first secret and the second secret, I will notify Father Petar Ljubicic. He will pray and fast for seven days, and then he will announce these to the world.”

If the Warning is this year, then I don’t know when the Miracle will be, other than that it must be April or May. I don’t agree that May has been ruled out, as some commentators have concluded.

Hard to say. These things are subject to different interpretations, none of which are dogmatic. We can see a type of schism in the reaction to Pope Francis. And I’m not sure that a schism precedes the Warning, as some think.
