Iran cannot nuke Israel, because Israel has nuclear missiles

Iran cannot nuke Isreal, because Israel has nuclear missiles and the will to use them. By comparison, the U.S. does not have the will to use nuclear weapons against Iran.

Strategic Weapon System (Israel)

“Israel is the most advanced state in the Middle East as regards the development and deployment of strategic weaponry, both for offensive and defensive purposes.

“Ballistic missiles
“As regards its ability to deter a major offensive by an enemy, international analysts believe that Israel has an advanced capability in nuclear weapons, although opinions differ as to the nature and number of warheads that may have been stockpiled. There is no doubt that Israel has the means of delivering weapons of mass destruction, by making use of its formidable arsenal of ballistic missiles. In addition, Israel has the capability to deliver nuclear weapons through launches from the land, and from the air using its fleet of F-15, F-16 and F-16I fighter aircraft, all of which are capable of long-range operations and of carrying nuclear and chemical warheads. It is possible that Israel has developed a submarine-launched long-range cruise missile. This would complete the final part of a triad of nuclear deterrents, greatly enhancing Israel’s standing in the strategic landscape of the Middle East.”

My predition that Iran will strike New York City with a nuclear bomb in 2012 is, unfortunately, still on track to occur, most probably this summer.

Iran has installed new next-generation centrifuges. They have ramped up their enrichment of uranium. They no longer allow IAEA inspectors into their facilities. This may indicate that they have already begun to make weapons grade uranium (90% U-235). It takes only a few months from that point, to the completion of one or more nuclear bombs. They would want at least two, one to use, and the other to hold as a threat.

June or July is my best estimate at the present time, for an attack on New York City.
