In my previous post, I cited the Hajj this year as a possible event that would catalyze World War 3. An outbreak of violence at the Hajj is increasingly likely. From my previous post:

October 24th to 29th, 2012
In 2012, the Hajj is expected to occur about October 24-29.

An estimated 3 million persons are expected to travel to Mecca for the Hajj this year. Some years ago, in 1987, there were protests at the Hajj, which turned violent, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of persons. With the Hajj occurring just after the violent protests that began 9/11/2012, it is highly likely that violent protests will occur during this time. These could spread to the rest of the Muslim world, and to Muslims in Europe and other areas. I expect that these violent protests will be part of the process that leads to a unification of the Arab/Muslim nations of the Middle East and northern Africa. Once unified, those nations, led by a nuclear Iran, will undertake a war against the West, World War 3.

And now today, the religious leader of Iran, is essentially calling for an outbreak of violence at the Hajj.

“Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei called on the worldwide Muslim community to express their resentment towards the enemies of the great prophet of Islam (PBUH) during this year’s Hajj pilgrimage.” (FARS)

This public call for Muslims to express their resentment is nothing other than a provocation to violence at the Hajj. Ayatollah Khamenei is attempting to provoke rioting at the Hajj in order to unite Muslims against the West. The Iranian regime sees itself as the leader of Muslims worldwide. They are attempting to become a world power by uniting the Arab/Muslim nations under their leadership. The attempt to obtain nuclear weapons is also part of this effort to become a world power. And I think that Iran will succeed in this endeavor. They will obtain nukes, and they will provoke further violence and hatred against the West. Iran will become a world superpower by uniting Muslim nations under their leadership. The result will be World War 3

By making this statement publicly on September 24th, 2012, just as the President of Iran is about to speak to the U.N. (on Sept. 24 at a meeting, and one Sept. 26th to the general assembly), Ayatollah Khamenei is signaling that he wishes President Ahmadinejad to do the same, to use his speech at the general assembly to call for protests at the Hajj. For in the Iranian system of government, the real power is with the Ayatollahs; the President of Iran is not the most powerful leader. He is not much more than a figurehead. In his speech, he will say whatever might please the Ayatollahs. And now it is clear that what will please them is to provoke further violence, especially during the Hajj.

I expect that violence will breakout during the Hajj, and that thousands will die. Their deaths will then be blamed on the West, especially on the U.S. and Israel. This will tend to unite the Muslim populations of many different nations against the West. It will also tend to provoke extremists in those nations to overthrow any governments that are not opposed to the West.

Then, one of two things will happen:

1. Iran obtains nuclear weapons and uses them against the U.S. (against New York City), resulting in a conventional military response by the U.S.

OR

2. The U.S. or Israel attack Iran to try to prevent the completion of their nuclear weapons program, and Iran responds by attacking Israel and U.S. bases in the region. Iran then subsequently obtains a nuclear weapon or weapons grade uranium from another nation, such as Pakistan. Iran then nukes NYC.

In either case, Iran obtains nukes and uses them against the U.S. And in either case World War 3 results.

The current violent protests, which began on 9/11/2012, will increase greatly during and after the Hajj and will catalyze World War 3 by uniting the Muslim nations against the West. Then, once Iran and the U.S./Israel go to war against one another, all the Muslim nations will take the side of Iran. In this way, Iran obtains great power very quickly. This is the ultimate goal of the Iranian regime: to unite the Muslim nations under their leadership, so as to go to war against the West and become a world power.
